Thinking is Everyone’s Business
The 120-question Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument® (HBDI®) assessment defines and describes someone’s thinking preferences across the Whole Brain® Model.
After completing the assessment, the person receives a comprehensive HBDI® Profile report that includes in-depth interpretation of the results, reference material about the Whole Brain® Model, comparison data, and activities for further exploration and development.
Originally developed by Ned Herrmann then head of management education at General Electric–Crotonville, the HBDI® was created for solving problems in a business environment and designed to help people get to application so they can quickly benefit. It has since been completed by more than two million people around the globe, and it is now the assessment instrument of choice at many of the world’s most successful organisations.
